AUTHORIZINGAN::D pmECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER
MONIES: FROM THE "GENERAL FUND" TO THE "1913 MUNICIPAL

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHA'REAS". the interest and prin.cipal due on the H191.3 Municipal
bnprovement. Fund Bonds" issued by the City of Vernpn has: b~en fu1l.y
paid and said bondS have been retired" leaving a deficit balan'ceof
$3.59. 40 in. said fund; and
WHEREAS" said. *359.40 was used from the ttGeneral Fund." to
take care 01 said payment ; .and
WHEREAS" it is desired to transfer money fro III the.ltGeneral
Fund" to cover said deficit;

NOWII THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOL VEJ):
SECTION 1:
That the CityTrea~er is hereby authorized
.and directed to transfer from the "General Fund"thesum of. $35..9. 40 to
the "1913 Municipal bnprovementFundtt in order to cover a deficit in
said fund.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk is. hereby directed to certify to

the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the sameshaU

IN REPLY REFER TO:
Tbe interest and principal due on the "1913 Municipal
IDprovement Fund Bonds" issued by the City of Vernon has been
fully paid and said bonds have been fully retired in 1953, leav-
ing a deficit balance of 1359.40 in said fund.
It is hereby requested that the City Council 8llthorize
by Resolution a transfer of 1359.40 from the "General Fund" to
the"1913 Municipal IDprovement Fund" to remove said deficit.
The "1911 Municipal Improvement Fund" had a surplus
of $2,370.93, which was transferred to the "General Fund" by
Resolution No. 1622.
