10 Avenue Villa Lots, for construction, reconstruction, maintenance and

13 WHEREAS, said description has been checked by A... W.
14 Phillips" City Engineer of the City ofYernon. and he has recommended
15 that said easement. be. accepted; and
16 WHEREAS., said easement. has been approved as to form
17 by Carson. B. Hubbard. City Attorney of the City of Vernon.
18NOW~ THEREFORE:I BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
The City Council of the City or Ye.rnon
20 hereby accepts the aforesaid Easement Grant from George Miller and
21 Madeline M. Miller. together with the property conveyed thereby,. and
22 directs the recording of said Deed with the County Recorder of Los
23 Angeles County, Calif.orrna.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shan be in full force and effect.
