A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING FORM TO BE USED FORAPPLICAT!ON FOR TEMPORARY
WATER CONNECTION UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 684 OF SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS" on October 18. 1955" Ordinance No. 6.84 was:
adopted by the CityofYernon establishing rates for the Jurnishingof
water through t.e.mporary connections:; and
WHEREAS" Section5of said Ordinance makes it mandatory
that theappllcant for such temporary water service fill out an application
ana form approved by the City of Vernon" for such service;
NOW.JTHEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the form attached tofhis: Resnlution"
marked Exhibit flAtt... be, and the same is: hereby approved as being the
form to be executed by each applicant for a permit toobtaina. temporary
water connectio.n in the City of Vernon.
SECTION 2:

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
