RESOLUTION NO. 1869
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TaANSFER
MQNIES FROM THE MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #2 CON-
sTRucTIoN FUND TO THE MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #2
BOND INTEREST AND REDEMPTION FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS, there are certain monies in the Municipal Improve. -
8 ment District 12 Construction Fund and said IIloniesshoold be carried ina
9 Bond Interest andRedemptionaac6~ni;and
10 WHEREAS, the City Clerk of theCHyof Vernon advises that
11 there isa balance of $11, 375.16 in the MunicipaIlmprovement District #2
12 Construction Fund, which bonds will not be retired until May 1, 1959; and
13 WHEREAS, the statutes of the State.ofCalifornia require
14 unexpended construction funds to be transferred to the fund to be used for
15 the payment of principal of and interest on the bonds;
16 NOWII THEREFOREI BE IT RESQLVED:

Thai; the City Treasurer' is hereby authorized
SECTION 1:
18 and directed t.o transfer fr.om the Muni.cipalImprovement District 12 Con.-
19struction Fund to the Municipal Improvement Dis.trict 12 Bond Interest and
20 Redemption Fund the sum of $:11,375.16.

. SECTION 2:
The City Clerk .of the City of Vernon shall
22 certify to the passag.e of this ResoluHonand thereupon. and thereafter the
23 same shalI be in full force and effect.
24 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 18th dayof.Ocfober, 1955.
