A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GARRETT
TERMINAL CORPORATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BANDINI
4 BOULEY ARD IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES .AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS# The Garrett Terminal Corporation is the owner

of real property in the City of Vernon located at the northeast corner of
the intersectlonofBandini. Boulevard and Downey Road; and
WHERE.AS'.sai.d Company is. de.sirous of making certain improve-
menta and installing a water mainadjace.nt to said re.alproperty s and to
supply all materials. the.refor;and
WHEREAS# the City .o! Vernon is willing that said improvements
be made subject to the approval of the City Council.. and desires to

NOW.. THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be# and they are
hereby aut horiz. ed to enter .into an Agreement with Garrett Terminal Cor--
poration for lnsta:llation of.water main and improveme.nts to Bandlni
Boulevard in accordance with Agreement heretofore approved by th.e. City
Attorney oftheCltyof Yernonand executed by Garrett Terminal Corporation.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the CUyof Yernonshall
certify to the passag.eof this Resolution and thereupon and ther~fter the
s.ame . shall be in full force and effect.
