? WHEREAS. on the 1st day of Novem.ber,. 1955. sealed bid$' wer~
8 opened for the const.ructionof additions and alterations to Vernon CitylIW.1
9 in accordance withipecificatian$:No. .187 and Addendum No. l,RS pre-
10 pared by Bre.o Freeman. Architect; and
11. WHEREAS, said bids were referred to Mr. Breo Freeman who
12 reports that .all blds are too. high to justify the doing of the work.
13 NOW. THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City-of Vernon
15 doea hereby reject an bids foradditiousand alterations to Vernon City
16 Hall on Specifications No. 187 and Addendum No. 1 to saidspecuicatiQns,
17 as prepared by Breo Freeman. Architect.

SECTION 2:
That the City Clerk is hereby instructed
19 and directed to return all checks to the unsuccessfulbiddera.
