That F. A. Ziemer. 1)eputy City Clerk. is
14 hereby authorized to sign checks with the City Treasurer to withdraw funds
15 for the City of Vernon from its accounts with the First National Banko!

17 bank is hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all checks so signed.
18 including those. drawn to the individual order of any officer or person
