1882
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING F. A. ZIEMER TO SIGN CHECKS WITH THE CITY
TREASURER WITHDRAWING FUNDS DEPOSITED BY THE CITY OF
4 VERNON WITH THE CITIZENS NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS BANK
OF LOS ANGELES.. LOS ANGELES.. CALIFORNIA.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS. G. A.Anderson. City Clerk of the City of Vernon,

is temporarily unable, because of illness. to perform the duties of hia
9
office; and
WHEREAS" F. A. ZIEMER is a Deputy City Clerk of the City
of Vernon.
NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That F. A. Ziemer. Deputy City Clerk. is
hereby authorized to sign checks with the City Treasurer to withdraw
funds for the City of Vernon from its accounts with the Citizens National
Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California. upon
checks of the City of Vernon. and the hank is hereby authorized to honor
and pay any and all checks so signed. including those drawn to the individual
order of any officer or person authorized to sign the same and to endorse
for cash or deposit checks and drafts payable to the City of Vernon. The
authority hereby given s.upplements prior authorizations .
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
