All instruments, papers or notices presented for recordation should be on a quality of paper that will reproduce legibly by photographic or microphotographic processes. *************** We wish to call your attention in pl.rticular to the size of type, 8 point, on all printed forms and to the penalty, double the fee of recording such forms, if the printed matter is less than 8 point. Also, the min:hnum recording fee will be $2.00 which includes $1.00 for recording the first page and $1.00 for filing and making the necessary entries thereon. You 'Will note that a new section, :27361.6, effective September 7, 1955, provides that all instruments, papers, or notices presented for recordation should be on a quality of paper that will reproduce legibly by photographic or microphotographic process.
