A RESOLUTlON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YERNON
APPROVING S.PECIF'ICATIONS NO. 192 FOR THE FURNISHING OF ONE
TWO-TON 1956 MODEL MOTOR TRUCK AND ACCESSORIES FOR USE OF
THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF YERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREASI under date .of February 291 19561 Harold A. Barnett"
Consulting Engfneer of the City of Veruonl presented to the City Council
Specifications No. 192 for the purchase of a two-ton 1956 Model Motor Truck
and accessories for use of the .Street Department;
NOW" THEREFORE1 BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 192 covering the pur-
chase of onetwo-ton 1956 model Motor Truck and access:ories for use of
the Street Department bel and the same is. hereby approved.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and.APPROVED this 6th day of MarchI 1956.
