THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

9 Council of the City of Vern@n entered into a contract with Mr. Breo
10 Freemalll A. I.A. to do architectural work for alterations .and addition
11 to the City Hall; and
12 WHEREAS.. Harold A. Barnett, C.onsulting Engineerl has pre-
13 sented to the City Council with his letter of March 151 19561 a copy of
14 Specifications No. 187 as revised February 20.. 19561 and Plans Drawings No.
15 B15-1357 consisting of Sheets Nos. 11 21 31 4.. 51 61 71 8, 9.. 101 11" 12,
16 S-11 8...2.. S-3.. S-4, S-5.. S-6.. S-71 M-11 M-'2IE..l and E-2as revised
17 August 261 1955 and February 20.. 19561 as pre.pared by Mr. Breo Freeman..
