RESOLUTION NO. 1925
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 193 FOR THE FURNISHING OF ONE
NEW MOTOR TRACTOR AND ACCESSORIES FOR US.E OF THE STREET
DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. under date of April 26. 1956. HaroldA. Barnett.
Consulting Engineer of the City of Vernon. presented te the City Council
Specifications No. 193 for the purchase of one new motor tractor and
accessories fer use .of the Street Department;
NOW ~ THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOL YED:
SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 193 covering the
purchase .of one new motor tractor and access.ories for use .of the Street
Department be. and the same is herebyappr.oved.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
