A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 1909.. 1910.. 1923 AND 1924 OF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOW.S:
6 WHEREAS.. in view of recent developments.. the arrangements
7 set forth lnResolutions Nos. 1909, 1910, 1923 and 1924 of said City.
8 heretefore passed on March 20, 1956 and on May 1.. 1956, are not feasible
9 at this time;

SECTION 1:
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon Requesting Initiation of
Proceedings by the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors to
Annex a Portion of the City of Vernon to County Sanitation .District No. 1 of
Los Angeles County''; that Resolution No. 1910 entitIed "A Resolution of
the City Council of the City of Vernon. Requesting Initiation of Praceedings
by the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors to Annex a Portion
of the City of Vernon to County Sa.nitation District No.2 of Los: Angeles
Countytl; that Resolution No. 1923 entitled ItA Resolution of the City Council
of the City of Vernon Consenting to the Annexation of a Portion of the City
to CountySanitation District No.1 of Los Angeles County"; and that
Resolution No.. 1924 entitledfIA Resolution of the City Council eftheCity af
Vernon Consenting to. the Annexation of a Portion of the City to. County
Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles Co.untyrl.. be. and the same are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of VernonshaU
certify to the passage of this Resolutian and therel1pon and theremter the
same shan be in fun force and effect.
