RESOLUTION NO. 1930

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 194 FOR THE FURNISHING OF
TWO NEW HOSE CARRIERS AND ACCESSORIES FOR USE OF THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS. under date of May 9. 1956. L. C. Husted. Cm,efof
8 the Fire Department of the City of Vernon" presented to the City Council
9 Specifications No. 194 for the purchase of two new hose carriers and
10 acces.sories for use of the Fire Department and requests approval thereof;
11 NOW.. THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:

That Specifications No. 194 covering the pur-
SECTION 1:
13 chase of two new hose carriers and accessories for use of the Fire Depart-
14 ment. as requested by L. C. Husted. Chief of the Fire Department. be.
15 and the same is hereby approved.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify
17 to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same
18 shall be in full force and effect.
19 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15th day of May. 1956.
