RESOLUTION NO. 1979
2 A RESOLllTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 205 FOR THE FURNISHING OF ONE
3 LINE MARKER MACHINE AND ACCESSORIES.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS.:
5 WHEREAS.. under date of September 28. 1956. R. H. Bockhacke .
6 Chief of Police of the City of Vernon. presented to the City Council Specifi-
7 cations No. 205 for the purchase of one line marker machine and accessories
8 for use of thePoIice Department and recommended the approval thereof;
9 NOW.. THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 205 c.overing the
11 purchase of one line marker machine and accessories for use of the City of
12 Vernon be. and the same is hereby approved.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
14 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
15 same shall be in full force and effect.
16 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 2nd day of October. 1956.
