1 RESOLUTION NO. 1981
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO SPECIFICATIONS NO. 187 AND
3 PROVmING FOR ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
I
5 WHEREAS, Breo Freeman.. Architect has submitted change
6 order No. 1 to Specifications No. 187 and recommends the approval thereof;
7 and
8 WHEREAS.. the City Council is fully informed in the matter
9 and approves of said additions and aIterationsas set forth in change order
10 No.1;
11 NOW, THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City Qf Vernon does
13 hereby approve and authorize the execution of change order No. 1 for the
14 furnishing of the work and material therein apecified and apprQvea of payment
15 in accordance with the terms of the original contract and additional payment
16 Qf $4.. 720.70.. upon completion and acceptance of the work.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is hereby
18 direct.ed to certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and there-
19 after the same sPaU be in full force and effect.
