A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
DIRECTING THE GIVING OF NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS OR
BIDS FOR THE FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF MOTOR CONTROL
EQUIPMENT AND APPURTENANCES AT PUMP HOUSE NO. 2$ 3576 EAST
VERNON AYENUE". CITY. OWNED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF VERNON"
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS NO. 204.AND PLAN NO.
B5-1414" CONSISTING OF TWO (2) SHEETS" APPROYED BY SAID CITY.

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
SECTION 1:
9 hereby directed to give notice inviting sealed propogals or bids for the
10 furnishing and ingtallation of motor control equipment and appurtenances
11 at Pump House No. 2$ 3576 Eagt Vernon Avenue$ City Owned PropertY$
12 in accordance with Specifications No. 204 and Plan No. B5-1414 of gaid
13 City.

There being no newspaper of general circula-
SECTION 2:
15 tion printed$ published and circulated in the City of Yernon$ the City Clerk
16 is hereby directed to post said notice, or cause the game to be posted$ in
17 three of the most public places in said City, to wit: the northwest corner of
18 38th Street. and Santa Fe Avenue; the northeast corner of Leonis Bouleva.rd
19 and Pacific Boulevard$ and on the bulletin board in the lobby of the City Hall
20 of the City of Vernon, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue in said City.

SECTION 3:
The first posting of said notice shall be. not
22 lesg than ten (10) days before the date of opening bids for the propoged work.
23 The notice shall distinctly state the work to
24 be done and the material to be furnished.

SECTION 4:
The City CIerkof the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in.full force and effect.
