RESOLUTION NO. 2001
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 202 AND PRINT OF ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT PLAN NO. A3-1394.. TOGETHER WITH ADDENDUM NO. 1
4 AS PREPARED BY BARNETT.. HOPEN AND SMIT~ CIVIL ENGINEERS
AND LAND SURVEYORS" FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ASPHALT CON-
5 CRETE PAVEMENT IN SIERRA PINE AVENUE FROM 26TH STREET TO
BANDINI BOULEVARD (A PRIVATE STREET) IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
8 WHEREAS. under date of November 13# 1956# Harold A. Barnett.
9 Consulting Engineer of the City of Vernon. submitted to the City Council
10 Specifications No. 202 and print of Engineering Department Plan No.
11 A3-1394 together with Addendum No. 1 as prepared by Barnett" Hopen
.12 and Smith" Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors. for the construction of
13 asphalt concrete pavement in Sierra Pine Avenue from 26th Street to
14 Bandini Boulevard (a private street) and recommends approval thereof;
15 NOW.. THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 202 and print of
17 Engineering Department Plan No. A3-1394. together with Addendum No. 1
18 as prepared by Barnett. Hopen and Smith. Civil Engineers and Land Sur-
19 veyors. for the construction of asphalt concrete pavement in Sierra Pine
20 Avenue from 26th Street to Bandini Boulevard (a private street) be" and
21 the same are hereby approved.

SECTION 2:
The:City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
23 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
24 same shall be in full force and effect.
25 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20th day of November, 1956.
