CI .. <( ~~~ o ::: ~ 31 I: 1 2 RESOLUTION NO. 2004 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON 3 AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF LEASE NO. 103 BETWEEN THE LOS ANGELES TRANSIT LINES AND THE CITY OF VERNON. 4 5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 6 WHEREAS. the City of Vernon has heretofore entered into a 7 lease with the Los Angeles Transit Lines for the erection# maintenance 8 and operation of seven conductors attached to pole No. 2393-C located at 9 Pacific Boulevard, 145 feet west of 46th Street. which lease expires 10 August 17. 1956; and 11 WHEREAS.. Carl A. Heinze.. Consulting Electrical Engineer .for 12 the City of Vernon# has submitted a Renewal of Lease No. 103 for the term 13 August 17.. 1956 to August 17~ 1961, and recommends the execution thereof 14 by the City of Vernon. 15 NOW.. THEREFORE... BE IT RESOLVED: 16 SECTION 1: That the Mayor and City Clerkof the City of 17 Vernon are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Renewal of Lease 18 No. 103 between the Los Angeles Transit Lines. lessor. and the City of 19 Vernon. lessee. covering use of pole No. 2393-C. located at Pacific 20 Boulevard. 145 feet west of 46th Street. in the City of Vernon, for the term 21 August 17. 1956 to August 17. 1961. 22 SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall 23 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the 24 same shall he in full force and effect.
