RESOLUTION NO. 2015
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH CROSETTI
BROS.. INC. FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE FOR THE NEW POLICE
DEPARTMENT BUILDING OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. with the addition to the City Hall it is necessary
to have janitorial service for the new Police Department Building; and
WHEREAS. Crosetti Bros. Inc.. have submitted a contract
for doing the janitorial work in said building. at a monthly charge of
$197.43; and
WHEREAS~ it is recommended that said contract be entered
into with Crosetti Bros. Inc.. for doing said work;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Vernon are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Crosetti Bros.
Inc.. for doing the janitorial service for the addition to the City Hall
known as the New Police Department Building of the City of Vernon. and
pay a monthly charge therefor of $197.43.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shan remain in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 2nd day of January# 1957.
