RESOLUTION NO. 2034
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 DIRECTING THE GIVING OF NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS OR
BIDS FOR THE FURNISHING OF ONE 1750 GALLON PER MINUTE TRIPLE
4 COMBINATION PUMPER FOR USE OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT# IN
ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS NO.. 210 OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECT ION 1:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the
furnishing of one 1750 Gallon Per Minute Triple Combination Pumper in
accordance with Specifications No. 2.10 of the City of Vernon.
SECTION 2: There being no newspaper of general circula-
tion Pf.~'",~..~ed and circulated in the City of Vernon, the City Clerk

is hereo irected to post said notice, or cause the same to be posted, in
three of the most public places in said City, to wit: the northwest corner of
38th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; the northeast corner of Leonis Boulevard
and Pacific Boulevard, and on the bulletin board in the lobby of the City Hall
of the City of Vernon, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue in said City.
;-SECTION 3:
The first posting of said notice shall be not
less than ten (10) days before the date of opening bids for the proposed
equipment.
The notice shall distinctly state the equipment

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
