RESOLUTION NO. 2048
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF VERNON AND UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFOItNlA.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ItESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

15 NOWlJ THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the
17 Cityci Vernon are hereby authorized and directed. to execute saidLicense ~
18 on behalf of the City of Vernon~ with the Union Oil Company of California
19 for the abandonment in place of certain franchise facilitiesa.s described
20 in franchise Ordinance No. 585, as set forth in said Agreement, and grant-
21 ing a license to maintain and operate 118 feet of 6" pipe line.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certifyto the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 16th day of April, 1957.
