RESOLUTION NO. 2049
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
NORRIS-THERMADOR CORPORATION.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS. Norris-Thermador Corporation is desirous .of
7 constructing. maintaining. using and operating a conveyor tunnel bridge
8 along. across and above 54th Street in the City of Vernon; and
9 WHEREAS. a License Agreement has been prepared by the
10 City Attorney and it is recommended that said Agreement be entered into
11 by the City of Vernon.
12 NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
14 Vernon are hereby authorized and directed to execute said License Agree-
15 ment. on behalf of the City of Vernon. withN orris-Thermador Corporation
16 for the construction. maintenance and operation of a conveyor tunnel bridge
17 along. across and above 54th Street in the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the Cityof Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
20 same shall be in full force and effect.
21 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 16th day of April. 1957.
