RESOLUTION NO. 2051
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 ACCEPTING CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM GRIFFIN WHEEL
COMPANY TO LOTS 13. 14 AND 15 IN MARTHA TRACT IN THE CITY
4 OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS. the City of Vernon is purchasing Lots .13. 1 4 and
8 15 in Martha Tract in the City of Vernon from Griffin Wheel Company. a
9 corporation; and
10 WHEREAS. said Griffin Wheel Company has executed a
11 Corporation Grant Deed to the City of Vernon under date of April 8. 1957",
12 to the following described property:
13 Lots 13. 14 and 15 in Martha Tract. in the
City of Vernon. County of Los Angeles, State of
14 California, as per map recorded in Book 14.
Page J88 of Maps. in the office of the County
15 . Recorder of said County;
16 NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the City of Vernon does hereby accept
18 the Corporation Grant Deed dated April 8, 1957. executed by Griffin Wheel
19 Company. a corporation, to the City of Vernon, together with the pI'opeI'ty
20 conveyed thereby. and directs the recording of said Deed with the County
21 Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
23 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
24 same s.hall be in full force and effect.
