RESOLUTION NO. 2052
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER
MONIES FROM THE EMERGENCY FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS3 there .are certain monies in the Emergency Fund
in excess of $128.180.00 and the City Council believes it is for the best
interest of the City that $128. 180.00 be transferred to the general fund.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to transfer the sum of $128.180. 00 from the Emergency Fund
to the General Fund.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
