RESOLUTION NO. 2067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
IN ApPRECIATION OF YEARS OF FAITHFUL SERVtCE BY FRED HURLEY#
DEPUTY CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Fred Hurley has heen a valued employee of the
City of Vernonsj.nce April 13.. 1926 as a Deputy City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, his services have been capably and graciously
rendered to the City of Vernon; and
WHEREASs the City Council has found him to be cooperative
and faithful; and
WHEREAS, sa!dFred Hurley terminatedhisserv'ices- with
the City on June 18, 1957; and
WHEREAS, .the City Council of the City ,of Vernon desire.s to
place upon its- official records- a Resolution of appreciation for the fine and
faithful seI"Vice rendered the City by Fred Hurley, Deputy City Clerk.
NOW$ THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
The City Council of the City. of Vernon does
caUSe this resolution to be spread upon its minuteS and directs a copy thereof
be delivered to Fred Hurley s Deputy City Clerk of the City .of Vernon.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk. of the .City..of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the pass-age of this Resolution and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
