RESOLUTION NO. 2114
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
ACCEPTING THE REPORT OF MASON. MUNTZ AND ASSOCIATES..
AND ITS SUPPORTING DATA. RE.LATlVE TO EXISTING STORM DRAlN
DEFICIENCIES IN THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVE.S AS FOLLOWS:
WHER.EAS. the City of Vernon has been requested to furnish
the Los Angeles County Flood Control District with a report of existing
storm drain deficiencies within the City of Vernonl together with the
locations and estimated cost of storm drain needs to complete the system

WHEREAS1 the firm of Masonl Muntz and Associates was
employed to perform the necessary englneering.services and furnish the
necessary copies of preliminary report on the existing storm drain
deficiencies;
NOW.. THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the report of Mason, Muntz and Associate I
and its supporting data,. relative to existing storm drain deficiencies in the
City of Vernon be,. and it is hereby acceptedl and two copies of said report,
together with duplicate tracingl is hereby directed to be forwarded to the
Los Angeles County Flood Control District as heretofore requested by said
District.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17th day of December.. 1957.
