AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH LUDWIG
4 ENGINEERING. CONSULTING ENGINEERS. FOR PREPARING STUDY;"
ANALYSIS AND REPORT RE LOS ANGELES HYPERION SEWAGE DIS-
5 POSAL SYSTEM.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
8 WHEREAS.. the City Council of the City of Vernon deems it
9 advisable to have an economic analysis made of its interests in the
10 Los Angeles Hyperion Sewage Disposal System; and
11 WHEREAS,. Ludwig Engineering. ConsultingEngineers.. have
12 submitted to the City Council a contract for performing engineering
13 services for sal d investigation;

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor of the City of Vernon be,.
16 and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Ludwig Engineering.
17 Consulting Engineers. for the purpose of having a study,. analysis and
18 report made of the City's interests in the Los Angeles Hyperi.onSewage
19 Disposal System.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
21 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
22 same shall be in full force and effect.
23 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of January. 1958.
