RESOLUTION NO. 2129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 208 FOR FURNISHING MATERIALS
AND EQUIPMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OFF ACILITIES FOR .oBTAINING-
4 WATER. FROM METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS. under date of January 31. 1958. Mason,. Muntz &
8 Associates~ Consulting ;Engineers.. submitted to the CitY' CouncUSpecifica-
9 Hons .No.2.0& of Jame.$ Montgomery.. Consulting Engineer,. for furnishing
10 materials and equipment for the construction of facilities for obtaining
11 water from Metropolitan Water District of Southern California,. and recom-
12 mends that said specifications be approved;
13 NOW.. THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 208 be,. and the same
15 are herebyappraved for the furnishing of materials and equipment for the
16 construction of facilities for obtaining water from Metropolitan Water District
17 of SouthernCaIifornia.

SECTION 2:
The City Glerkof the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 4th day af February,. 195&.
