AND DETERMINING THE GENERAL PRE- VAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 8 WHEREAS,. under date of January 31. 1958. Mason,. Muntz & 9 Associates,. ConsultingEngineers.. submitted to the City CounciLSpe.cifica- 10 tionsNo. 209 of James Montgomery. Consulting Engineer,. for the construct- 11 ion of Transmission Main and rate of :flow control piping for obtaining water 12 from Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. and recommends 13 that said specifications be approved; and 14 WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Vernon has investi- 15 gated the general prevailing rate of per diem wages tobe paid for the work 16 done under said Specifications No. 209; 17 NOW... THEREFORE..
