A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OFTBE CITY OF VERNON
DIRECTING THEGIV.ING OF NOTICE INVITING SEALED PR()POSAL$ OR
RIPS FOR THE MWICI:PAL HOUSING. FRUITLAND AND VEKNON~
VERNON. CALIFORNIA. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONSNQ.
216 AND PLANS NOS. B-15-1458 OF SAID CITY.
SECTION 1:
The City .Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to give notice inviting sealed propoaals or bids for the
Municipal Housingt Fruitland and Vernont Vernon, California, in accord-
anee withSpecificationa No. 216 and plans .Nos. B-15-1458 of said City,
approved by ResotutionNo. 2134, and theN otice lnvitingSealed Proposals
contained in said Specifications No. 216.
SECTION 2:
There being no newspaper .of general circula-
Hon printed". published and circulated in the City of VernonJ the City Clerk
is herebydireeted to post said notice, or cause the same to be posted, in
three (3) of the most public places in said City. to wit: The northwe.st cor-
ner of 38th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; the northeast corner of Leonis
Boulevard and Pacific Boulevard, and on the bulletin board in the lobby of
the City .Ha11 of the City. of Vernon, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue in said
City.
SECTION 3.:
The first posting of sa.id noticeshalI be not
22 less than ten (10) days before the date of opening bids for the proposed
23 work. The notice shall distinctIystate the work tobedone.

same shall be in fuII force and effect.
