RESOLUTION NO. 2144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH GOLDEN WOOL COMPANY FOR THE
4 INST ALLATION OF A SEWER LINE ON SIER.R.A PINE STREET", IN THE
CITY OF VERNON~ IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGINEERtS DRAWING
5 NO. A1-14G9.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

8 WHEREAS. the Golden WopI Company has pr'esentedan agree~
9 mentfor the installation ofa 12 --inch sewer on Sierra Pine Street# in the
10 City of Vernon; and
11 WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Vernon deems U
12 advisable to enter into said License Agreement;
13 NOW", THEREFORE", BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City .CIerk be. and
15 they are hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement with the
16 Golden Wool Company for the inst.allation of a 12--inch sewer line on Sierra
17 Pine Street. 500 feet to BandiniBoulevard..said work to be in accordance
18 with said License Agreement and Engineerts Drawing No. A1-1469..attached
19 to said Agreem ent.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernonshall
21 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
22 same shan be in full force and effect.
23 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 18th day of March# 1958.
