RESOLUTION NO. 2148
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF V:E:EUtON
3 APPROVING ADDENDUM NO.1 TO SPECIFICATIONS NO. 216 FOR
MUNICIPAL ROUSINC1 AT FRUITLAND AND VERNON AVENUES. IN
4 THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VE:EUtON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

7 WHEREAS, under date of February 18, 1958, the City Council
8 of the City of Vernon approved Specifications No. 216 andPIans Nos. B~15-
9 1458 consisting of eight (8) sheets, for MunJcipal Rousing, Fruitland and
10 i Vernon Avenues, in the City of Vernon, as prepared by Mason, Muntz &
11 Associates; and
12 WHEREAS, under date of March 7, 1958.. Mason, Muntz &
13 Associates.. ConsulHngEngineers. submitted Addendum No.1 toSpecifica-
14 Hons No. 216 and recommends that said Addendum be approved; and
15 WHEREAS. a copy of said Addendum has been m.ailed by :Mason,
16 Muntz & Associates, to each person, firm or company already having
17 received a copy of said Specifications No. 216;
18 NOW. THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Addendum No. .1 to Specifications No.
20 216, as prepared by Mason, Muntz & Associates, ConsultingJSngineers,
21 he, and the same is hereby approved.

..SECTlON 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
23 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
24 same shall he in full force and effect.
25 ADOPrED and APPROVED this 18th day of March. 1958.
