7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHOIUZ.ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLER.K TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH Fm.REBOARD PAPER PRODUCTS COR"PORATION TO
CONSTRUCT ANDMAlNTAIN AN EIGHT-INCH. WATER LINE ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE NORTH ROADWAY AND THE SOUTH ROADWAY OF
PACIFIC BOULEVARD~IN THE CITY OF VERNON. IN ACCORDANCE
WITHENGINEERtS DRAWING NO. A4-1486.
8 WHEREAS. Fibreboard Paper products Corporation has
9 requested permission to install an eight-inch water line a.cross portions of
10 i the north roadway .and the south roadway of Pacific Boulevard in the City
11 of Vernon; and
12 WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Vernon deems it
13 advisable to enter into a License Agreement with said Corporation for the
14 installation of said water line;

15 NOW.. THEREFORE.. BE ITRESQLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk bel and they
17 are hereby authorized to enter into a Li.cens e Agreement with Flbreboard
18 Paper Products Corporation for the installation of an eight -inch water line
19 across Pacific Boulevard. east of Santa Fe Avenue just west of the Atb~onl
20 Topeka and Santa Fe Railw.ay right-.of-waYI said work to be in accordance
21 with said Licenae Agreement and Engineerts Drawing No. A4-1486s attached
22 to said Agreement.

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shalt
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
sam e shall he in fun force and effect.
