SECTION 11
The City Council of the City of Vernon
81 hereby orders that R.J. Furlong be. and he is hereby authorized and
9 directed to execute on behalf O'f the City of Vernon that certain Warehouse
10 i Issue Sheet /lR-3749 between the City of Vernon and the State of Californial
11 State Educatio.nal Agency far Surplus Property. relating to the personal
12 properly therein des.cribed is annexed. heretol marked Exhibit HAH~d made
13 apart hereofland that the City of Vernon agrees thereby to. be bound bya1l
14 the prO'visiO'nsl transfers.. terms. conditions.. restrictions.. reserVations..

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
