ENGlNEERtS DRAWING NO. A1-1469.

THE CITY COUNCn.. QF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FQLLOWS:
WHEREAS. Mason. Muntz & Associates. Consulting Engineers
of the City of Vernon. have reported to the City Council under date ~f
April 28. 1958 that the construction of approximately 500 feet of 12" sanitary
seWer in Sierra Pine Avenue has been completed in a satisfactory manner;
and
WHEREAS. said Consulting. Engineers recommend that the work
be accepted, .and that Golden Wool Company be advised of the acceptance;
NOW. THEREFQRE.BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the construction of approximately 5QO feet
of 12" sanitary Sewer iUJ Sierra Pine Avenue be, and the same is hereby
accepted as having been completed in a satisfact9rymanner under private
contract by Golden Wool Company, in a.ccordance with Engineer's I)rawing
No. Al-1469.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernonia hereby

21 directed to' notify Golden Wool Company of the acceptance of said work..
SECTIQN 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
23 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
24 same shall be in full force and effect.
