A RESOLUT10N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 RETAINING CARL .A. HEINZE AS. CONSULTING ELECTRICAL ENGINEPrR.

THE CtTY COWCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

6 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is in need of a cQ.nsulting electrical
7 engineer to insure the proper operation of the Vernon light a:ttd power
8 system; and
9 I WHEREAS. Carl A. Hei~e is familiar with the Vernon system
10 i and is willing to serve in saidcap.a.city;
11 NOWa THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

That effective April 16. 1958. Carl A. .Heinze
SECTION 1:
13 is retained as C<>nsultin.gElectrical Engineer for the City of Vernon. and
14 that the retainer for said Consulting Ele.ctrical Engineer is herebyestablisb.ed
15 at $1.776.00 per month.

SECTION 2:
Resolution No. 2.113 and all resolutions in
18
17 conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passa.:.geof this Resolution.and thereupon and thereafter the
20 same shall be in full force and effect.
21 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 6th day of May. 1958.
