A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VE~NQN
AUTHORIZINQ AND DmECTlNG THE CITY TREAStXltEIt TO TRANSFER
MONIES FRQM: THE GENlSltAL FUND T.O THE WATER DEPARTl\OiNI'
FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES ..AS FOLLQWS:
WREREAS#there are certain monies in the General Fund in
excess of $22:5# ()OO. 00 and the City Council believeS" it is for the beS"t
interest of the City that $225# 000. 00 be transferred to the Water Depart-
ment Fund.
NOW. THEREFQRE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the City Treasurer is hereby authoriZed
13 and directed to transfer the sum of $225.000.00 from the General Fund to
14 the Water Department Fund.
