RES.OLUTION NO. 2172
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING CHANGE. ORDER NO.2 TO SPECIFICATIONS NO. 216 AND
PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS.. Mason.. Muntz let Associates.. has submitted change
order No. 2 to Specifications No. 216 and recommendg the approvaI
thereof; and
WHEREAS.. the City Council is fully informed .in the matter and
approves said additions and alterations as set forth in said Change Order
No.2;
NOW~, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
The City Council of the City of Vernon
14 does hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change. Order No. 2 for
15 the furnishing of tabor, materials and equipment as therein specified.. and
16 approves of payment in accordance with the terms of the original contract
17 and additional payment of $693.00 upon completion and acceptance of the work.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
20 same shall he infull force and effect.
21 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20th day of May, 1958.
