RESOLUTION NO. 2173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPltOVING CHANGE ORDERS NO.1". 2" 3 and 4 TO SPECIFICATIONS
NO. 217 AND PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOL YES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS" Mason" Muntz &. Associates has submitted Change
'Orders No.1, 2" 3 and 4 to Specifications No. 217" and recommends the
approval thereof; and
WHEREAS. the City Council is fully informed in the matter.
and approves of said additions and alterations as set forth in said change
orders;
NOW ~ THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of Yernon
14 does hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Ordera 1" 2" 3 and
15 4 to Specifications No. 217 for the furnishing of work and materials therein
16 specified" and. approves of payment in accordance with the terms of the
17 original contract and additional payments as follows:

SECTION 2:
