A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING . SPECIFICATIONS NO. 2.24 FOR THE FURNISHING AND
DELIVERY TO THE CITY OF VERNON OF ONE ACCOUNTING :MA.CHINE
AND ACCESSORIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS, under date of July 24,. 1958.. the City Clerk
8 submitted to the City Council Specifications N.o.224 for the furnishing and
9 delivery of one accounting machine and accessories for use in theofflce of
10 the City Clerk and recommends approval thereof;
11 NOW~. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Spec.ifications No. 224 be, and. the
13 same a.re hereby approved for the furnishing and delivery to. the City of
14 Vernon of one accounting machine and access.ories.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shal1
16 certify to the passage of this Resolution, and. thereupon and thereafter the
17 sam e shall be in ful1 force and effect.
