Gentlemen:
Five deeds for street purposes signed in 1949, but not accepted
by the City, and unrecorded, have been found.
The parcels involved are shown on the enclosed prints. Four
of the parcels are located one each at each corner of the Fruitland
Avenue-Boyle Avenue intersection and the fifth parcel is on the
south side of Fruitland Avenue.
It is requested that these deeds be referred to the City
Attorney for further handling.
