RESOLUTION NO. 2201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COliNCn.. OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT FROM ARTHUR w. lIUDSON .AND
MABEL M. HUDSON TO A PORTION OF 26TH STREET IN THE CITY
4 OF VERNON.

THE cttY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. Arthur W. Hudson. and Mabel M. Hudson have
granted to the City of Vernon an easement for the construction, rect>n-
struction" repair. maintenance and operation of a bridge and. appurtenant
facilities located or hereinafter located in. over, along and. across a por-
tion of 2.6th. Street. in the City of Vernon, more particu1arly described. as:
That portion. of Tract No. 4 as per map of Tracts No.1.
2 and. 4 recorded in Book 52 at Page 82 of Miscellaneous
Records in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles
County. State of California" more particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land of uniform width of 10 feet extending
easterly from the westerly line of said Tract No. 4 to the
westerlY line of Tract No. 678 as per map recorded in
Book 16 at Page 108 of Maps in the office of the Recorder
of said County; the north1ine of said strip being coincident
with the south !ine of the parcel of land conveyed to the City
of Vernon by deed record.ed. in Book 5680 at Page 3 of Deeds
in the office of the Record.er of said County containing 3083
square feet more or less;
and
WHEREAS" said deacription has been checked by the Engineer-
ing Department of'the City of Vernon. and. said. Easement has been approved
as to form by Vincent R. Poxon.. City Attorney, and recommendli that said
Easement Grant be accepted;
NOW.. THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:
S:E1CTION 1:
The City Council of theCUy of Vern.on hereby
accepts the aforesaid Ea~ement Grant from Arthur.W. Hudson and M~el:M:.
Hudson.. together with the property conveyed thereby. and directs the
recording of said .Deed with the County Recorder of Los Angeles County"
California.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shalt
