WHEREAS, on March 18, 1958, B. I. F. llidustries,llicorporated
was awarded the contract for Schedule V of Specifications No. Z08 for the
furnishing of two Venturi insert -nozzle type meters and one rafe -'of -flow
control valve and control equipment; and
WHEREAS, Arthur E.. Nelson, Jr., City Engineer, has reported
to the City Council under date of August 7, 1958, that said items have been
delivered ina satisfactory manner, and recommends that said meters and
valveli beac.cepted and payment made in accordance with the terms of the
contract;

NOW. THEREFORE. BE. IT RESOLVE]):
SECTION 1:
That two Venturi insert-nozzle type meters and
one rate-of-fLow control valve and control equipment be, and. the sa:m.e are
hereby accepted as being s.afisfactory and in accordance with Schedule V of
Specifications No. Z08, and Addendum No. 1 to said Specifications, hereto...
fore approved by the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
That there is now due B. 1. F. Industries, Incl;>r-
porated.. the sum of $13,150..80, being the contract price of said equipment,
and. the City Council hereby directs payment of said sum to said Company
upon the.adoption.of this Resolution.

The City Clerk of the City of Vernonsball certify
