Montgomery # Consulting Engineer# establishes. that the sum of $4,307. 37 is dueU.. S. Industries# Incorporated; and WHEREAS1 Resolution No. 2211 provided for the payment of $4~ 426. 17 to U. S.Industries.. Incorporation.. NOW. These boys make a habit of standing in the middle of the street to sell papers, or of darting out in front of autos. This practice is ex- ceedingly dangerous to the individual, and on several occasions has caused near traffic collisions. Several warnings have been issued to these boys, all with nega- tive results.
