3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
ACCEPTING AN EASE.MENT GRANT FROM LADISH COMPANY TO A
4 PORTION OF RANCHO SAN ANTONIO IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. Ladish Company has granted to the City of Vernon an
easement for the construction# maintenance, operation and repair of one
water meter box, on a portion of the Rancho San Antonio more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Slauson
A venue (90 feet wide) and the easterly line of the parcel
described in the deed recorded in Book 47832 at page 401
of Official Records in the Office of the Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California; thence N 890 57t 01" W. ,
17. 00 feet along the north line of Slauson Avenue; thence
N 10 08f II" W, 2.00 feet; thence S 890 57' 01" E,
17.00 feet; thence S 10 08' 11" E. .2.00 feet, to the point
of beginning.
and
WHEREAS, said description has been checked by the Engineering
Department of the City of Vernon, and said Easement has been approved as to
form by Vincent R. Poxonl City Attorney, and recommends that said Ease-
m ent be accepted;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
The City Council of the City of Vernon hereby
accepts the aforesaid Easement Grant from Ladish Company,. together with
the property conveyed thereby, and directs the recording of said Easement
with the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California:.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
