A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
LADISH COMPANY. A WISCONSIN CORPORATION.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS # Ladish Company is desirous of constructing and
7 maintaining certain electrical conduits across Alcoa Avenue in the City of
8 Vernon; and
9 WHEREAS# a License Agreement with said Ladish Company has
10 been prepared by the City Attorney and it is recommended that said agree-
11 ment be entered into by the City of Vernon;
12 NOW.. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
14 of Vernon be# and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
15 License Agreement with Ladish Company~ on behalf of the City of Vernon#
16 for the construction and maintenance of certain electrical conduits across
17 Alcoa Avenue as described in said License Agreement.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same
20 shall be in full force and effect.
