RESOLUTION NO. 2247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH GENERAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION.FOR
ELECTRIC SERVICES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the General Petroleum Corporation has submitted
a License Agreement for the installation of electric services at 2248 East
37th Street# in the City of Vernon; and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it advisable to sign such a
License Agreement;
NOW ~_ THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECT ION 1:
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign a License Agreement with General Petroleum Corporation
for the instaUation of electric service, as set forth in said Agreement.
SECT ION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17th day of February# 1959.
