RESOLUTION NO. 2252
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
EXTENDING FOR NINETY DAYS THE TIME WITHIN WHICH FEDERAL
ICE &. COLD STORAGE COMPANY MAY COMPLY WITH THE VARIANCE
GRANTED UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 2.234 OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCI.L OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, a certain zoning variance was granted Federal Ice &.
Cold Storage Company, a California corporation, under date of December 2,
1958 by Resolution No. 2234; and
WHEREAS. Federal Ice .& Cold Storage Company, under date of
February 19. 1959, requested an extension of ninety days in which to comply
with theaf oresaid variance; and
WHEREAS, said request recites that said Company has proceeded
with diligence to comply with said variance but has encountered unfore-
seenable delays;
NOW~. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the time granted the Federal Ice" Cold
Storage Company to comply with Resolution No. 2234 be# and the same is
hereby extended fora perfod of ninety days.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is hereby
directed to certify to the pa.ssage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 3rd day of March, 1959.
