A ltESOLUTIONOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
4 ACCEPTING THEPltOPOSAL OF MASON". MUNTZ &:. ASSOCIATES
TO PERFORM CERTAINSTUDlES AND SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE
5 WITH THEIR LETTER OF MARCH 19, 1959.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RE,SOLVESAS FOLLOWS:

8 WHEREAS, under date of March 19, 1959, Mafton, Muntz &:
9 Associates submitted. a proposal to the City Council to perform certain
10 work for an estimated cost; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon is desirous
12 of having said work performed. in accordance with said letter;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE tr RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of Vernon
16 hereby accepts the proposal set forth in a letter dated March 19, 1959,
17 fromMason_Muntz ..& Associates to the City Cou.ncil" setting forth certaln
18 studies and services tQ be performed. by them under schedule of rates
19- included in said letter, with the total charge not to exceed the sum of
20 $4, 700. 00.

.8ECTIQN2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shalt
22 certify to the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
23 same.shall "be in full force and eftect.
